Susan Boyle, An Over Night Celebrity

I might be late, but this lady's simply amazing. She's able to touch people's heart with her voice. I must say that the song was astonishingly lived up by her, Susan Boyle.

Susan Boyle,47

It's never too late to go after your dream(s). She should be an inspiration to all of us :)

I Dreamed A Dream

I dreamed a dream in time gone by
When hope was high
And life worth living
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving
Then I was young and unafraid
And dreams were made and used and wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung, no wine untasted

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hope apart
And they turn your dream to shame

He slept a summer by my side
He filled my days with endless wonder
He took my childhood in his stride
But he was gone when autumn came

And still I dream he'll come to me
That we will live the years together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms we cannot weather

I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I'm living
So different now from what it seemed
Now life has killed the dream I dreamed.

Audiences' and Simon the Judge's despise cum sarcastic expression even before Susan started to sing.

In the middle of her performance.

These are some of the screenshots which I got from YouTube. Wanted to post the clip here, but unfortunately of all the videos I found were "Embedding disabled by request" due to some copy right issue I reckon. Well, you can still go to YouTube to have a look.

Yea, it's STUNNING.

Holiday

Weather these days in Kuala Terengganu is killingly WARM. Sitting in the room itself is like a trapped hot dog in an oven. Non-stop sweating even though you are doing nothing but just sitting in front of the PC.

The room is practically occupied by the heat wave

The horrific part is that your body will feel sticky and sweaty throughout the day, while the best moment is when you rush into the bathroom to take your shower. You can actually smell and experience the sizzling sensation when the first drop of water touches your skin. ;D You will feel as though in heaven while you are in the bathroom, however once you step out of the bathroom the cruel and harsh reality will hit you right on the face. You will then realize you are back to square one, intense heat A.G.A.I.N. In such an unsympathetic condition, one would hunger for an air-con.

Enough of the whining.

After staying in KT for the past 6 years, we finally were dedicated enough to get up early to have breakfast in town. After breakfast, we went to a Taoist temple. We've been passing by this temple for quite sometime, but last week it was the first time we actually went inside to pray.

Although the temple is not that big, but it seems tidy.

Religious is undoubtedly a force of spiritual mainstay for all of us. You will be feeling much peaceful after praying.

In the recent weeks, we found a new activity to do after dinner. Instead of walking dogs, we walk our young cats. During this time, we are able to enjoy some of the beauty of the environment. While enjoying the breeze of the evening air, we managed to see flocks and flocks of migratory birds flying over us.

It was a surprise scene as it was never been spotted throughout our stay in KT.

Beautiful clouds

This is simply because we are too busy with our work or we just don't bother to raise up our heads to enjoy our surrounding. Something for us to judge for ourselves :/

Setback

Life isn't a bed of roses.

Even though it might seems to be sometimes, but as stunning as a rose can be you can still get hurt by its thorns inevitably..

It turns empty in my "To do list"! Get ourselves a break from all the unfinished nonsense, FINALLY.

The Crossroad of Life

Making a decision is often hard, especially one which determines your future. It's just like standing in a crossroad of life where you have to decide which road to take in order to fulfill your goal. No one can predict the future, therefore, no one can actually be there to tell you which path is the right one for you to take.

This dilemma's been bugging us for quite sometime. There are options for us to fulfill our targets, one is an easy path while the other is an unpredictable LONG journey, no one even know how long will it take. But if the latter option is the right one, it will take us to a greater height or other wise, it'd be a very high price to pay (bleeding and maybe just lying flat on the ground half way through).

Easy VS Hardship

And today, we are proud to announce that, a difficult decision has been made. We have chosen to take the longer path to materialize our dream. Hope the readers out there will pray for our success. We are now just trying to be a little optimistic, hoping that, we'd be the one who romped home to victory and not the one who 'sacrificed' during the journey.

If you guys are still able to read our postings in the future, that means we're safe. Otherwise, do say out a prayer for us..
